The Platform does not guarantee that any Business Introduction will lead to:

The user is solely responsible for any content posted on the platform.

KYLYVNYK CLUB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency or legality of user content.

The Platform has the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, restrict access or delete user content.

The Platform is not obligated to pre-screen all User Content before publishing it.

The fact that content is posted on the platform does not mean approval of it,

support or confirmation from the platform.

  • special damages;

  • punitive damages;

  • accidental losses;

  • refusal of other users or partners to cooperate;

  • lack of commercial results;

  • dissatisfaction with the results of Business Introductions.
